2018 PFAS Sampling of Drinking Water Supplies in Michigan. The report consists of the main body and four appendices. 

• 2018 PFAS Sampling of Drinking Water Supplies in Michigan (pdf) - This is the main body of the report. With the exception of the overview of Appendix A, all Appendices have been separated out.
• Appendix A - Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) Summary (pdf).
• Appendix B - Heat Maps of 2018 PFAS Sampling Program by County (pdf).
• Appendix C - Analytical Laboratory Reports. The 1,877 individual lab results for each public water supply were sent to each supply with their results letter.  You may also contact EGLE's Freedom of Information Act coordinator regarding these reports.
• Appendix D - Validation Reports. This appendix consists of the detailed QA/QC reports completed for 20% of the overall collection effort. Contact EGLE's Freedom of Information Act coordinator for these reports.
   

The Michigan PFAS Readiness Plan serves to inform local, state, and federal governments; relevant agencies and organizations, and other stakeholders of the preparedness and response planning activities specific to PFAS within the Michigan municipal drinking water. It describes the operational intent for responding to PFAS contamination detections, and details the system that has been developed for operations within the state before, during, or after a PFAS detection in municipal drinking water. The Plan was called for in October 2018 to ensure continued coordination between state and local agencies.
